Purchase $2,000 and you will be upgraded to our VIP and can enjoy 10% off.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

U.K. collection takes 3-4 weeks to arrive HK.

What are the delivery options?

S.F. express (free delivery upon spending of net $600) or pick up at physical store.

What happens if my order is out of stock?

You will get a full refund if your order is out of stock.

What happens if my order arrived incorrectly or damaged?

Any items damaged in transit or any discrepancies with orders must be reported within 72 hours of receipt so please check your delivery upon arrival. In the occasions of damaged outer packaging, we will not accept a return or issue a refund if functions of product are not affected.

How do I know if my order has been despatched?

First, you should have received an Order Confirmation email within minutes of placing your order. If you did not, please check your spam or junk folder. You will receive a Despatch Confirmation note by email or social media messenger once your parcel is on its way to you.

Can i change the item/size after i paid for it?

Please notify us ASAP if you want to change any items in your order. Unfortunately items cannot be changed once mimebuy has ordered from the supplier.
